Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund in exchange for store credit, customers must provide unboxing videos of their purchases. This ensures the proper verification of items returned. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

Returns:

  • Customers must notify Lunavi Jewelry within two (2) days of receiving the order to initiate a return process.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Lunavi Jewelry immediately with photographic evidence.

  • We will assess the situation and provide guidance on the return process for damaged or defective items.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Additionally, gift cards, discount clearance items, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed in the form of store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or if the item is damaged.

We guarantee that all items undergo strict quality control and inspection before shipping. Every customer should be able to receive a photo and/or video of their order/s before they are packaged and dispatched.
