1. Initiation and General Conditions:

   • Customers can initiate a Layaway plan by selecting the desired jewelry piece(s) and informing us of their intent to use the Layaway service.

   • A down payment of 30% of the total purchase price is required to secure the item(s) under Layaway.

   • Customers with good standing can layaway more than two (2) items.

   • Layaway Plans are only applicable to regular-priced items. All discounted and Live Selling items are not included.

2. Payment Schedule:

   • The customer and the store will agree upon a payment schedule outlining the installment amounts and frequency.

   • Installments can be made weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on mutual agreement.

3. Minimum and Maximum Purchase and Allowable Layaway Term:

   • ​₱10,000 and below: Maximum of thirty (30) days or one (1) month from date of downpayment.​

   • ₱10,001 to ₱25,000: Maximum of sixty (60) days or two (2) months from date of downpayment.

   • ₱25,001 to ₱50,000: Maximum of ninety (90) days or three (3) months from date of downpayment.

   • ₱50,001 to ₱70,000: Maximum of one hundred twenty (120) days or four (4) months from date of downpayment.

   • ₱70,001 to ₱90,000: Maximum of one hundred fifty (150) days or five (5) months from date of downpayment.

   • ₱90,001 and Above: Maximum of one hundred eighty (180) days or six (6) months from date of downpayment.

4. Final Payment:

   • The complete payment must be made within 3 from the initiation of the Layaway plan.

   • Once the final payment is received, the item(s) will be made available for pickup or shipping, as per the customer's request.

5. Cancellation:

   • ​​​Items retained under Layaway that are unclaimed for fourteen (14) days after the agreed-upon final payment date may be returned to inventory, and the customer’s payments will not be refunded.

   • Cancellations of layaway plans shall not be allowed.​

6. Exchange or Return:

   • Layaway items cannot be exchanged for store credit if the customer wishes to choose a different item of equal or greater value.

   • Layaway items cannot be exchanged for another item.

   • Refunds are not provided for Layaway items.

7. Modifications:

   • Changes to the Layaway plan, such as payment schedule adjustments, may be accommodated upon mutual agreement between the customer and the store.

8. Notification:

   • Customers will be notified of payment due dates and updates on their Layaway plan via E-mail, Viber, Whatsapp, or Instagram

9. Pickup or Shipping:

   • Upon completion of the Layaway plan, customers can arrange for pickup at the store or request shipping to their preferred address.

If the customer exceeds the agreed deadline for completing the Layaway plan, the following provisions will apply:

1. Forfeiture of Payments: Any payments made towards the purchase will be forfeited if the customer fails to complete the Layaway plan within the agreed timeframe. Lunavi Jewelry reserves the right to retain these payments as compensation for holding the item(s) under Layaway beyond the specified deadline.

2. Penalties: In addition to the forfeiture of payments, a penalty fee of ₱2,500 per month or 3% of the compounding balance, whichever is higher, will be charged for each additional month that the customer exceeds the agreed deadline. 

3. Item Status: If the customer continues to exceed the agreed deadline and accrues repeated penalties, or in the event that the customer cannot be contacted, the item(s) will be returned to inventory, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the payments made towards the Layaway purchase.

It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to the specified payment schedule and complete the Layaway plan within the agreed timeframe to avoid forfeiture of payments and penalties. The fine jewelry brand retains the right to enforce these provisions to ensure the efficient management of Layaway plans and inventory.
