1. Custom Orders:
All custom jewelry pieces are made to order based on client specifications and our recommendation. Due to the unique nature of custom orders, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the design has been approved and production has commenced.
2. Lead Time:
The lead time for all custom jewelry pieces varies depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials. Typically, lead times range from 2 to 8 weeks. An estimated completion date will be communicated upon approval of the design.
3. Downpayment:
A non-refundable downpayment of 50% of the total order cost is required to initiate the custom order process. The remaining balance must be settled before the final piece is delivered.
4. Availability of Raw Materials:
While we strive to source high-quality materials for all custom orders, availability may vary based on current market conditions. We will inform you of any delays or substitutions required due to material availability, and will provide options to proceed with the order or adjust the design as necessary.
6. Quality Assurance:

7. Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping is free within the Philippines. International shipping rates may vary depending on the location. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during shipping. Insurance is recommended for valuable pieces.
